Een hele prettige partij om mee samen te werken. We vonden het erg spannend om voor het eerst ons huis te verhuren. Als eerste kwam Erwin langs om alles rustig uit te leggen en we konden alle vragen stellen die we hadden. Na het geven van de opdracht kwam er een fotograaf en werden er zeer mooie foto’s gemaakt en kwam er een accurate beschrijving. Vervolgens werden we op de hoogte gehouden wanneer het online kwam (oa funda). Ze deden zelfs een Instagram live viewing met ruim 50 ‘bezoekers’ alsmede twee dagen fysieke bezichtigingen. Vrij snel daarna kregen we een selectie op maat uit de (zeer vele) aanvragen. We konden de nieuwe huurders ook ontmoeten alvorens onze keuze te maken. Waarna alles zeer voorspoedig in orde werd gemaakt nadat alle checks waren gedaan. Een zeer professionele partij, zowel Erwin als het team, met veel kennis. We mochten alle tijd en ruimte nemen om voor ons de juiste keuze te maken en konden met alle vragen terecht. We werden tijdens het proces keurig op de hoogte gehouden, wat ons veel rust gaf. We hebben het hele proces als zeer prettig ervaren en een absolute toegevoegde waarde als je je huis wil verhuren!
