This apartment has just been painted and is fitted with laminate flooring, a modern open kitchen, neat and clean bathroom, a sunny balcony and has two large bedrooms. There is a private storage on the ground floor as well. The apartment building is constructed in 2002 and has an elevator and intercom. It is situated along a wide lane with a canal, so the view out the front is very nice. There is a tram (lightrail) no. 19 which has a stop on the Rijswijkse Landingslaan. This tram offers a direct connection to the train station Ypenburg. In shopping centre Ypenburg, which is just at a 5 minute walk you can find tram 15 with a direct connection to The Hague's city centre (about 30 minutes).
Are you on the road a lot? Then this is also the perfect base from where you can access the A4 or A13 and in front of the building is enough free public parking space.

Main entrance on the ground floor with an intercom and mailbox. The storages are also located on the ground floor and your own storage has a surface of approx. 6m2.
