I would recommend this agent.
Al vanaf het begin hadden we een goed gevoel over Micha. Het kennismakingsgesprek was persoonlijk (zowel over zijn bedrijf als richting ons) en gaf gelijk veel duidelijkheid over zijn aanpak. Micha komt niet dwingend of sturend over en laat jou zelf eerst je voorkeur uitspreken (bv. over verkoopstrategie of vraagprijs) waarna je alles in overleg kunt beslissen. Hij heeft kennis van de markt en doet goed vooronderzoek. De foto's en 3D tour waren erg goed en professioneel. Contact met Micha is ook erg fijn, snel en laagdrempelig (bijvoorbeeld via Whatsapp als je wilt). Al met al zijn we, ook door onze ietwat afwijkende situatie, heel blij dat we Micha hebben gekozen als verkoopmakelaar van ons eerste huis.
