Goede kennis van de lokale markt. Wilma Kooijenga is uiterst professioneel, fijn in de omgang, prettig om mee te sparren en de begeleiding in het verkooptraject is via het kantoor van Belvedere makelaars prima verlopen. Woning was bij de eerste bezichtigingsronde direct verkocht voor een mooie opbrengst. Ik kan dit kantoor zonder meer aanbevelen!
