Bij deze bedankt Team River (Suzanne, Toni en Eline) voor de fijne samenwerking en de goede verkoop en afwikkeling. Het ging allemaal zeer professioneel en met kunde en kennis van de markt waardoor er een hele mooie verkoopprijs werd gerealiseerd door toedoen van River. Een kantoor om zeker aan te bevelen.

We zijn volledig ontzorgd bij de verkoop van deze woning. Los van de goede transactieprijs heeft Toni ons ook van juridisch advies voorzien. Echt een aanrader!

Dit kantoor was mijn verkoopmakelaar. Iedereen uit het team is uiterst dienstverlenend, behulpzaam, deskundig en vriendelijk. Absoluut een makelaar die aan te raden is!! Contact verliep uitstekend en zij waren altijd beschikbaar voor advies zelfs m.b.t. het aankoopproces wat (doordat het in een andere stad betrof)via een andere makelaar verliep... Zou ik weer een huis gaan (ver) kopen in Amsterdam zou ik River Makelaardij zeker weer inhuren.

River heeft ons geweldig bijgestaan! Haast was geboden; binnen een week stond ons huis te koop en een week later was het goed verkocht. Ze zijn aardig, professioneel en doen wat ze zeggen. Ontzettend blij dat ze aan onze kant stonden, dank!

Had a really good experience with River Makelaardij, worked with Toni over several months to look at so so many places, and he was always patient with our daft questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he always came to visit with us even when it perhaps wasn’t especially necessary and the whole office was super friendly and welcoming we really felt they were always in our corner and had our best interests in mind. Fees were fixed, which was excellent as I am led to believe this is becoming less common now in Amsterdam, but it was good knowing exactly what things were going to cost no matter what the purchase price. You might wonder why ‘expertise’ is slightly on the low side though. It is because of the approach taken by the team in letting us discover the process ourselves and let us get more comfortable with exactly how much things were going for in the market. Don’t expect to simply be told the price to bid, we found this was frustrating at first but then we came to value this approach later as we were very happy with the end result. Would heartily recommend, and definitely use again!

Toni is a great agent! He is social, competent, realistic and helped me to get the right house at the best price. Eline is super fast at securing appointments before houses go off the market and she is super helpful with any questions/concerns. They are still helping me afterwards in my renovation process with contacts and documents support. I would highly recommend them both and River Makelaardij!
