Prima makelaar, wij verkochten een flat van ouders wegens omstandigheden. De makelaar heeft heel veel geregeld (wij wonen ver van de verkochte flat), heeft connecties ingeschakeld, veel initiatief getoond en was snel en adequaat! De communicatie verliep soepel, was tijdig, compleet en correct

Contact met mijn makelaar was heel prettig en vriendelijk. Hij heeft veel kennis en ervaring. Hij maakte een mooi informatie brochure, echt de tijd voor genomen samen met de fotograaf. Hij dacht goed mee, was geduldig en heeft het proces soepel en goed begeleidt. Hij heeft veel zorgen van mijn schouders af genomen. Het gratis gebruik van hun verhuisbus was ook heel fijn.

De contacten met de makelaar verliepen goed en snel, de makelaar was altijd bereikbaar. Het advies was duidelijk en adequaat, de beslissingen werden echter bij ons, verkopers, gelaten. De makelaar dacht mee over het zo goed mogelijk presenteren van het huis. De zakelijke afwikkeling hield ze goed in de gaten en ze hield ons op de hoogte.

Christa Schermerhorn was 2 jaar eerder al langs geweest voor een vrijblijvend advies. Toen maakte ze een goede indruk en heeft ons nu verder begeleidt. Zeer professioneel en toch alsof ze je beste vriendin is. Via mail, Whatsapp en de site van Doen makelaars zijn we steeds op de hoogte gebracht. Eindoordeel lag steeds bij ons. Super!!

De verkoop van ons eerste huis, dat is een spannende tijd. Door Christa's deskundig- en bevlogenheid hadden we alle vertrouwen dat het goed kwam, en dat niet alleen, het huis was binnen 1 week verkocht (onder voorbehoud). De begeleiding was heel fijn en het contact was makkelijk, hierdoor was het hele verkoopproces zorgenloos voor ons.

Het was voor mij een best moeilijke situatie om het huis van mijn moeder te verkopen, die in een verpleeghuis woont. De begeleiding van Doen Makelaars (Kelvin Colsen) was super. Veel werk is mij uit handen genomen; uiteraard altijd in goed overleg. Als ik vragen had was de makelaar ook altijd bereikbaar. De verkoop is zeker door deze makelaar perfect verlopen!

Mijn makelaar, Kelvin Colsen, leefde met me mee en was erg geduldig, positief en behulpzaam. Het was ook geweldig dat ik een verhuisbus van DOEN tot mijn beschikking had, helemaal gratis. Hij heeft het proces tot een goed eind gebracht en ik ben erg gelukkig met mijn nieuwe woning.

Christa was super helpfull the whole way throught the process. She was very knowledgable on the market and gave good advise on how to avoid over bidding too much. She was there throughout the whole process and i would not call anybody else in the area if i was buying again. She also helped with arranging the notary, insurance, structural reports and even a nice bunch of flowers to place in our new home.

We bevelen DOEN makelaars, en daarbij specifiek Kelvin Colsen, zeker aan! Kelvin was altijd bereikbaar, reageerde snel, had goed advies en heeft ons erg goed door het gehele aankoopproces geholpen. Daarnaast heeft hij ons ook geholpen met het vinden van aannemers voor de verbouwing.

De communicatie met Christa verliep optimaal; snel en accuraat. De online bezichtiging die zij voor ons regelde was perfect georganiseerd. Ze voorzag ons van kundig en praktisch advies waar we echt wat aan hadden. Bij de sleuteloverdracht nam zij de inspectie waar en hoefden wij slechts de sleutels in ontvangst te nemen. Ik hoop bij de aankoop van ons volgende huis weer van haar diensten gebruik te kunnen maken.
